The Commercial Insurance Division is operated by a team of very experienced and qualified professionals to provide independent advice on the suitability of clients’ insurance coverage, exposures, competitive pricing, risk survey and risk improvement recommendations, and most important of all to assist in formulating and the pursuance of insurance claims should the unfortunate event occur.
SAG as a group consistently recorded annual turnover in excess of RM700 million. With so much to offer, the Group is always on the lookout for ways to improve its services and offerings to customers. Therefore, the Group has embarked on e-commerce platforms so that it can reach out to a wider customer base as well as to tend to its existing customers with a faster turnaround time. These platforms are intended to automate manual processes for better efficiency and quality of service, and to equip business partners and customers with applications for easier business solutions such as its own vehicle e-bidding and its future insurance aggregator websites.
